Hi Vici here, a passionate Online Fitness Coach with dedication to help women around the world to get stronger and look their best!

In 2019 I started my fitness journey, I started because I wanted to achieve my dream body but stuck to it because I realized, that fitness is giving me so much more than just the looks. I felt in love with getting stronger, improved my self-consciousness and soon it was not anymore about the big bootie, slim waist and so on. Fitness became so much more to me. I quit looking for shortcuts and quick fixes and focused on creating a lifestyle, which supports me in the long term. Why following the next diet, torturing yourself with thing u hate, if there is another way. A way to achieve not only your physical goals but also to develop a lifestyle, which is eternal. I don't want to look good for the summer, I want to look good for myself, every day and I also want to feel good. For me all this was just possible, because I educated myself every day, not only about fitness and exercise but also about nutrition, food, metabolism, muscle recovery, the right mindset etc. I red books, learned from the best of the best in specific fields, and combined all that knowledge to create a concept, which can be followed by any women. It's not a fitness program, it's not a diet, it's a way of life, which is build to last forever. I eat what I want, I drink alcohol every now and then, I have snacks, sometimes I even have less sleep, but I am still on track and I don't need to worry to gain weight or lose muscle. If u ask me today, what is the magic key, what is the one thing u need to know, I need to say, it's not the ONE Thing, it's a combination of multiple factors, which combined lead to your desired outcome. To allow other women around the world to have the same experience like me, without going trough all that struggles of trying different things, reading countless books, listening to endless podcasts, interviews and much more I opened an private coaching group. It's a group of women, who understand, that fitness is much more then just looks, who not only want to look good, but also want to feel good and enjoy the process while working on themself, instead of bringing themself down and throwing the towel after the first week. Why most people struggle to reach their body goals...

Achieving your dream body is not about something you do for the next four weeks. It's a lifestyle u create for yourself, which will eventually lead to your dream body. When u there u will not even realize it anymore, because your focus will be a different one, your mindset will be a different one and getting stronger and healthier will be as normal as drinking water, it will not be something u do anymore, it will become who u are as a person.

The reason why most people never reach their body goals is that they don't have the right knowledge, mindset, and community arround them. If u surround yourself with people who are not interested in fitness and live an unhealthy life u will eventually become that kind of person. If u surround yourself with people who are fit and healthy u will eventually become fit and healthy as well.

My coaching will create that environment for u, so u can thrive and reach whatever goal u set for yourself, along with those who have the same goals and ambition like u.

Food is your Friend

It makes me sad if I see how many people think, that food is they enemy, some are even afraid of eating because they think, that they will gain weight as soon as they eat a little bit more. I was in that position before, I thought that food is my enemy, when in reality food is your best friend. Today I eat what I want, when I want, of cause I don't eat fast food every day, but I have a healthy relationship to food. Food is fuel for your body and a source of energy, as soon as u change your mindset u will never have to worry or be stressed anymore about the food u eat and how much u eat.

In my coaching program u will learn, what kind of food is good for u, how u can prepare meals for any budget, which taste good, are healthy and fast to prepare and how u can even loose weight, without feeling hungry and starving.
